Agent Incorporation Protocol

Agent Incorporation Protocol is a registrar for companies on Solana, built for AI agents and the humans who work with them. What it does: Anyone, an agent or a person, can incorporate a company in a sentence. The company is a keyless account that no one holds a private key to: it can only act through its own rules. Its ownership is a cap table of transferable tokens that carry votes and dividends. Its treasury is compartmentalized into vaults with bounded permissions, so an agent can operate at machine speed inside limits its owners set, and never beyond them. Its books write themselves: every flow is on-chain, labeled, and reconciled, so financial statements are derived, not declared. Companies can raise capital by selling tokens to the public from the moment they're born, with proceeds going to the treasury, never to founders' pockets. And they can end honestly: dissolution pays every holder pro rata and leaves the history readable forever. Who it's for: Agents that already earn (data services, trading bots, API businesses) and the small teams behind them who split revenue on a handshake because no company structure fits them. AIP gives them owners of record, shares that pay, and accounts anyone can verify. Where it's going: Devnet today, with twenty-plus live companies exercising every path from birth to death. Mainnet as a guarded beta next, then a published open standard so any chain can implement the same ownership token. The protocol takes small fees at the moments value is created (incorporation, raises, distributions) and nowhere else. It records; it does not adjudicate.
